We are delighted to announce that French Chef Olivier Bossut is returning to Dinham Hall after nearly two decades to head up the kitchen at our new French Bistro ELLIOTTS having left his last post at the French Pantry after more than 5 years
Renowned for his interpretation of French Dishes, Oliviers style continues to evolve and he specialises in giving delicious twists to the classics everybody loves. In creating new plates he honours and celebrates French cuisine and its traditions.
On the Elliotts Menu you will find Oliviers mouth-watering signature dishes, firm favorites, some old Dinham classics and amazing new dishes.
A Brasserie style French Bistro, Elliotts is opposite the Castle, with its own seperate entrance next to Dinham Hall which leads to the bar open for residents and non-residents alike. Elliotts
French Bistro will be fully open from 04 April 2017.

The Morning Room at Dinham Hall is truly Georgian- with wide Oak
floorboards ,high ceilings and arched doorways and the piece de
resistance -a vast bay window enjoying the most extraordinary views;
Looking out over the River Teme Valley towards Wycliffe and Mortimer
Forest and catching a glimpse of that centuries old melange of
architecture for which Ludlow is famous the world over.It is here you
will enjoy a hearty Shropshire breakfast!
