Renowned for his interpretation of French Dishes, Olivier's style continues to evolve and he specializes in giving delicious twists to the classics everybody loves. In creating new plates he honours and celebrates French cuisine and its traditions.
On the Elliott's Menu you will find Olivier's mouth-watering signature dishes, firm favorites, some old Dinham classics and amazing new dishes.
A Brasserie style French Bistro, Elliott's is opposite the Castle, with its own separate entrance next to Dinham Hall which leads to the bar open for residents and non-residents alike.

The Morning Room at Dinham Hall is truly Georgian- with wide Oak
floorboards ,high ceilings and arched doorways and the piece de
resistance -a vast bay window enjoying the most extraordinary views;
